Friendly Van & Man London

We cannot recommend Friendly Man & Van enough.  We had a stressful time leading up to exchanging on two flats and completed and moved both into a house the following day so had packed very little in advance.   David and his team were there at my fiance's flat at 7.30 am on the dot with all the packing materials necessary to swiftly pack and move all his possessions and bulky furniture in a matter of hours, tag-teaming to ensure my flat was also packed up ready to move once his belongings had been unloaded. The guys worked solidly for 12 hours and were efficient and polite throughout on what was, at time, the hottest day of the year.  Nothing was too much hassle even at 7.30 pm as the last bits were unloaded, furniture was reassembled and packaging taken away including our rubbish. Everything was moved down to the door stops and we had every confidence in leaving them to it.  Nothing was broken in the move and boxes were clearly labelled. The price is unbeatable in terms of value (£900 for three men, the entire contents of two flats moved into a four bed house and packing materials).  Highly recommended for value for money, a friendly service, pure peace of mind and ultimately, stressfree moving.

When daunted with the task of moving on my own I investigated hiring a man with a van. Never having moved without help from friends or family before, I looked for a removals service which was the whole package: amenable, friendly and approachable. I found Friendly Man and Van online and right from the moment I messaged them enquiring as to the services they offered I have had a wholly positive experience of the company. Quick to respond to my enquiriy and happy to answer my questions, getting a quotation and securing a pick up time and length of hire was easy. In addition my requirements were met for a very reasonable quotation. My removal man arrived promptly and was pleasant, efficient and hardworking. Wonderful to talk to and focused on the task in hand, he organised my items and packed the van professionally. He was as careful with my possessions as if they were his own, securing my valuable items with precision. The overall move process was swift and efficient without being rushed. I was so grateful to have him help me move home - he made the experience a very positive one.  I feel that for £35 per hour for one man with a medium sized van was incredibly good value for money. In light of the service I received I got my money's worth and more. I would recommend Friendly Man and Van to anyone who wants to move as the service they offer is fantastic. .

They made my moving day stress free. Helpful friendly drivers and very quick at moving my belongings. No hidden costs. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and recommending them to friends/family. Charge was £30 per hour for weekday and £35 per hour for weekend, with minimum of 2 hours. This was significantly cheaper than any other quotes I received from other companies. I used them twice in two weeks and on one occasion the driver was going to be early so I was contacted and asked if this was alright, which I really appreciated. On the second occasion the driver was stuck in traffic and again called to apologise and infrom me of his estimated time of arrival. Good communication.

Friendly Van and Man offer an excellent service at a very competitive price. Although the gentlemen arrived late from another job, I was informed of this in advance and kept updated by the booking office and the driver. Upon arrival both gentlemen worked very hard to catch up the time to minimise any inconvenience. The team were professional in their approach and appearance, polite and extremely helpful. I was only charged for the time used and received very good advice on the amount of time to book. I am moving again within this year and will definitely make this company my first port of call. Well done Friendly Van & Man.

I would definitely recommend this company, from initial quote through to finishing the job, the communication and general standard was excellent, they delivered boxes well in advance in order for me to pack, they quoted much cheaper than their nearest rival, the blokes were lovely and friendly and they packed the van, moved and unpacked again the entire contents of our two bedroom flat from North London to Brighton in 6 and a half hours! 
I am the kind of person who would notice any slight blemish on my furniture, yet despite the competetive price and lightening fast service, all our belongings are completely spotless!

An Excellent Experience.
I chose the '2 Men and a Van' option from their site because I knew I would need help with the heavy boes 
Communication was prompt and all my questions and requests were answered and accommodated without fuss.
They arrived exactly on time, performed the move quickly and efficiently for exactly the price we had agreed weeks in advance.
I would recommend them to anyone, In fact one of my friends will be using them next week on my suggestion.
